My boyfriend and I really had no idea what to expect when we started shopping for a home. David was so helpful and really made us feel like we had a knowledgeable advocate on our side. He had experience flipping houses as well, so he just knew all these little things to look for and consider that we would never have thought of until it was an issue. Additionally, the negotiation process as something I was super nervous about, but every step of the way David made us feel like we were totally in control, but also could offer suggestions when we were totally clueless (which was basically the whole time.).
